Preacher cover
At comic con this last summer i was asked to do a comission piece of a preacher cover. i tried to make the piece as close to the original cover as i could, while still putting my own twist to it. i wanted to thank mike deleree for asking me to do this. you can check his website out its www.notsonice.net. or you can check this other site out where the original is posted too http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=319079&GSub=35762. i did this around september and have barely got around to posting it. here i have posted the sketch as well

Comic con Pics!!
this year was my first year attending comic con as an exhibitor and i must say it was one of the greatest weekends ever. i cant wait until next year to do it all over again. i was lucky to share a booth with some great artists and good friends, ken garduno and eric davison. we met some great people, ate some crappy food, and drew some crazy collaborative paintings. here's some of the few pictures i took while we were down there.
here is the only picture of a piece i completed while at the booth that weekend. i really liked this one, and was kind of sad to see it go, but at least i know its in good hands. i hope to get a better scan of it soon.
below are a couple of collaborations we all joined forces to complete. i think they came out a lot better then expected.

Something toStand For
alright! this last week i recieved in the mail a copy of a dvd i did the cover for a few months back. i wanted to thank issa and the people at the saturday team and at peta2 for asking me to be a part of the project. you can go to www.peta2.org and in the spotlight section you can enter to win a copy!
heres some info on it:
Everyone needs "something to stand for," and that is why the good folks at The Saturday Team created a brand-new DVD/CD comp to benefit peta2 with that very name! Something to Stand For features bands such as Anti-Flag, Emery, Strike Anywhere, Bouncing Souls, Lifetime, and Street Drum Corps to get the word out about the horrors of what goes on behind the closed doors of an animal-testing lab.

The Mural
As part of being one of the featured installation artists, at last weeks hive two year anniversary show, ken garduno and myself shared a wall space in the back of the gallery. Here a few pictures of the mural we painted. My camera is not wide angled so i had to take a few pictures of the whole wall. Can you guess who did what characters?
This is the wall where i had my paintings hanging.
